Hi I'm from Argentina. I am 17 years old. I think that teenagers have the tendency to believe that problems are beyond us and there is only despair. The first reflection is that we are alone and over time I realized that we are not alone because God is always with us. He shows us different ways and sometimes we do not want to see or want to hear, but nothing in this life will go as well, but doing it God's way; we just have to talk to him. He's there, he's waiting with open arms. Ask him and he will give you all the answers you need. I let him into my heart and He is giving me the answers I need for my life and the true answer he gave me is that whatever you do, do it with love. All the best to you.

I have dealt with drug abuse, physical abuse, BPD, depression, and suicide. I have crumbled to pieces and been stepped on and now, here I stand harder than diamond and I shine just as bright. No matter what you are going through, you can over come. There will never be another you. Don't deny the world your unique light.

I feel like my dad does not listen to me. I feel like does not want me. I feel like Roger; I do not have any friends.
There was no future for him. He killed himself with a gun. I watched To Save a Life movie. It gave Me a change to think about what I want for my future. That's why I have watched it over again.
i like it. I want t find a friend so I can escape the bad things I've done. I need to forgive myself. I like the music the movie has.

Hello, as you can see I'm yuritzi. I was thinking about telling my story but 175 words is not much, so I will limit myself to say that you are not alone! I think that most have gone through bad times, but that does not mean that will always be so. I'll give you two examples, a bad and a good... (bad) nothing is forever, (good) nothing is forever. I also needed help and didn't have it so I will now give it! You can write me here and maybe I will share my story.

Many people think that I am invincible, but, I'm not. I have been singled out by my peers, but my advice is, don't give up on life. Someone will come along. A favorite quote of mine is "Down the road the sun is shining."

My life is full of struggle.

I have been physically violated and abused and I feel like harming myself all the time.

I don't have much to say with JUST 175 words to give. What I do have to say is that no one should ever suffer from BPD. No one should go through BPD. It's not right. Yes, it has made me a stronger person, but it also has made me a weaker one too. My life is just WAY too complicated to simply explain it in 175 words or less...

Dear Vinamra, I went through similar struggles when I was a teenager, with lots of pressure to succeed from my family, always feeling like I was never good enough. It's so hard when your dreams aren't coming true the way you hope, but remember that God has wonderful plans for your future, even if it isn't always clear why things happen the way they do. He will give you the strength to overcome and to achieve whatever He has for you, if you will only hold on and keep trusting Him.

I understand teens have problems. I am not a teen. I am elderly. We have problems too, but, unlike teens, there is no one there for the elderly. There is a connection, but no one sees it, or if they do, don't act on it.
Claire - Posted on March 20, 2016

Hi my name is Claire. I am 19 years old and I was born in the United states. I've been through a lot and I'm uncertain of my future. When I was in 9th grade I tried to commit suicide multiple times but now I'm better. Sometimes in life we have to chose our battles but just know things will get better. I promise. Life is very difficult trust me but we should know God is by our side every step of the way.

Hi, I'm from Brazil. I suffered from depression for 4 years ago and I could not tell anyone, or get rid of it. After I finally managed to express myself, I always heard people saying I was too young to suffer for it, but it's not something we have the option to choose. It is not our fault; it's not your fault. This film made me rethink about life, made me want to help someone and I hope that with this text I can. Recently, my depression came back, but I'm fighting it, for my family, for me. If you're going through it or anything else related, always keep fighting because you are not alone. (Sorry if the interpretation of this text does not look so good, I do not write in English very well).
